Inspiring Portraits: Rafael Scapin — A Generous and Gentle EdTech Guru

Ryan W. Moon Editor, Profweb

The Quebec college network is a dynamic place where stakeholders often work across institutional borders to advance higher education in the province. I recently spoke to Miguel Ross who leads the Visulibre project based in Quebec City with hopes of learning more about their mission and activities.
