To print a document correctly, for example a document created with a word processor, several functions exist. Here are a few. In this example, we use the Word 2010 version: although the operating procedures may vary slightly from one software to another, they still remain quite similar.
Print a spreadsheet

Once the production is planned, carried out and highlighted, students can share the information.

This task aims to reproduce the work completed on a proper medium, at making it more available to the target audience and at archiving it for later use if required. In certain contexts, it also aims at adequately giving a presentation using digital media.
