This facilitated collaboration and sharing of expertise through student exchanges and live feedback from the teacher. Making the blog public has raised the quality of work and student engagement.

Blogging for Newbies

Assigned listenings don't always interest everyone, and I wanted the individual students to make their own choices. Maybe by allowing them to explore the Internet and chronicle in a blog, their interest in a project would be kindled.
