The introduction of informational, methodological and technological skills to students is not unique to the Québec college network: it results from concrete actions from several universities of Québec (Université du Québec, Université Laval, Université de Montréal), but also in other countries such as the United States and France. In fact, UNESCO recommends the definition of ICT and informational competencies into the curriculum for students.
