Have you finished your job? Place to print! This demonstration will familiarize you with formatting the spreadsheet to prepare for printing. To illustrate this example, we use the Excel 2010 version. You will probably notice some differences from one software to another, but the procedure remains essentially the same.

Description of Task 3.4.1 – Convert or print the production in an appropriate format

In order to efficiently share the information, it is essential to adapt the work’s format to the context so that it is made more available and so that the information is optimally presented.

This task requires printing and conversion of files. Students must be able to adjust printing parameters according to the required result, to the type of presentation and to the tool used. They must also ensure the format’s compatibility with the media used for its transmission or choose the format depending on specific requirements.
