TEPID – A warm entry into technology for development

Technical education in the fundamentals of international aid is a multidisciplinary issue requiring both an understanding of the beneficial application of technical cooperation and training in pertinent technologies.  The TEPID project is an attempt to weave these varied components into a coherent training tool.
