The fourth edition of Moodle Day, which can now be considered a kind of annual tradition was made possible by a grant from the Entente Canada-Québec (and the dynamic nature of the Moodle community). The event, which was held at Dawson College on Friday, May 15th, gathered about forty Moodle users (Teachers, Education Advisors and Developers).

The next Canadian MoodleMoot will take place in Montreal from October 20th to 23rd, 2015. For its fifth edition, this bi-annual meet-up is making its way to Eastern Canada for the first time. The Université de Montréal and Polytechnique are the main sponsors for the event.

It has already been several years since the DECclic platform adopted Moodle. François Lizotte, DECclic's coordinator, talks about features that make this Moodle platform "open" to access other services. He explains how one can reach other platforms with a single click from Moodle and how the exchange of information is simplified. He also speculates about the future of Moodle, which augurs even more interoperability.
