Foodservice French and English: a lexicon for hospitality students
Students being trained in Quebec to work in the foodservice sector of the hospitality industry need to know the relevant technical terminology in both French and English. As the result of a project proposal to the CCDMD, Diana Bruno is producing a ‘one-stop shopping’ resource that will give students, and hospitality teachers and professionals, the answers they're looking for in one place.
