Launch of PREP Researchers' Circle

In cooperation with the Association pour la recherche au collégial (ARC), the Association des collèges privés du Québec (ACPQ) has set up the PREP Researchers’ Circle (Cercle des chercheuses et chercheurs PREP) for researchers who have received funding from the Programme de recherche et d'expérimentation pédagogiques (PREP), which is administered by the ACPQ. At the close of the very first meeting of Circle members, participants said they were very pleased with this new support network.

Call for papers CIRTA 2016 & SGS-SG track

Submissions of the SGS-SG are welcomed both in English or French. The paper submission to the SGS-SG track should include a title and an extended summary of 600 to 900 words. Citation style is APA 6. ACPQ Theme Day

This year the theme is Innovative Practices in Learning Assessment. The purpose of the second edition of the ACPQ’s theme-based events is to give private-college teachers, professionals, and administrators an opportunity to network and hold in-depth discussions, with a view to fostering the widespread implementation of best practices and thereby benefitting our students and institutions.

Rendez-vous for Research, Transfert, Expertise, and Innovation Groups

In response to a request from members of various research groups, the Association pour la recherche au collégial (ARC) is inviting these organizations to participate in the fourth Rendez-vous pour les membres de regroupements de recherche, de transfert, d’expertise, d’innovation…, to be held online on March 24, 2016, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Group leaders are encouraged to promote this event to their members.

With sincere disappointment, the editorial committee of Clic (the CEGEP information and communications technology newsletter) announces that it has ceased publication. The April 2015 edition proudly marked Clic’s 20th anniversary, but it was also, sadly, the final edition of that great undertaking.
